What we collect
When you apply, we collect the personal data you provide — your name, contact details, resume, and your answers to any application questions.
Why we process it
We process this data on the basis of your consent, to evaluate your application for this role and similar roles at Sevos, and to contact you about your candidacy.
Retention
We keep your application data for as long as needed to consider you for current and future opportunities, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Talent pool
When you apply for a role, we also add your resume and profile to our talent pool so we can consider you for other current and future opportunities at Sevos. We don't delete pool profiles routinely — instead, after about 12 months we'll email you to confirm you'd like to stay. If you don't respond, your profile becomes dormant (kept, but not actively matched). You can ask us to confirm your interest or delete your details at any time — using the link in our re-consent email, or by contacting us with the details below.
Your rights
You may withdraw your consent at any time and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, consistent with applicable law (including Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection and Paraguay's Law No. 6534/2020). Contact us to exercise these rights.
